Amazon.com Product Description The highly portable and air-activated Heatmax Hand and Body Warmers are a use-anywhere solution to the frigid cold. Keep a couple in your car, first aid kit, or backpack for emergencies, or use them as a regular staple during any cold-weather activities, including skiing, hiking, hunting, fishing, or working outdoors. Designed to last for up to 18 hours, the Heatmax Hand and Body Warmers provide safe, comfortable warmth in the coldest of temperatures, and they also are excellent alternatives to bulky electric heating pads for treating arthritis, back pain, or muscle pain. The four by five inch packets can be placed in pockets, between layers of clothing, or directly where you need them. Heatmax warmers are odorless, disposable, non-toxic, and nonflammable, so you can use them without worry. Made of natural materials, including iron powder, water, salt, activated charcoal, and wood fiber, the warmers are environmentally friendly. The packets are simple to use. When you open the wrapper exposing the contents to air, the materials react together to produce heat through an extremely fast oxidation (or rusting) process. Users should allow 10 to 20 minutes for the warmers to reach their optimal temperatures, and can count on warmth for up to 18 hours.
Product Description Super HotHands® are larger (4" x 5") air-activated hand and body warmers designed to last up to 18 hours providing safe, comfortable warmth in the coldest of temperatures. When placed in pockets or between layers of clothing, these warmers will help you enjoy cold weather activities longer, whether it's hunting, fishing, working or just being a spectator.

Heat for Sleep July 27, 2010 Char M. 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a great price. I bought them for someone who had a bone marrow transplant and was having terrible leg pains from meds. They gave her hours of heat and relief during the night.
Best Warmer Out There! March 25, 2010 J. Lee (Los Angeles, CA) I have just ordered my 4th box of this product. The heat pad gets VERY HOT when you put INSIDE your pocket (clothing). If it gets too hot, you can always leave it out to cool down then put it back in. I have very poor digestive system and my stomach gets upset easily. This product comes in very handy and it's a life saver for me! The heat lasts as promised as well. I highly recommend it!
keeps you warm March 21, 2010 Patricia N. Perkins I don't know how I would get through the winter without the hand warmers. I have Raynaud's and live in the North East. I use them in my home and inside my gloves. They work Great!
My cats love them February 22, 2010 Donna M. Zeravsky (Emmaus, PA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I feed several stray cats and have outdoor houses set up for them to protect them from the cold and weather. At night I put these under the blankets in the house and they love them. They usually are still warm in the morning, and on a few occasions I can shake them at night and they get hot again. I feel much better knowing that they are warm when the nights are cold.
Keeping toes and feet warm in the winter February 4, 2010 kaffehart (California, USA) I don't know how I could have worked outdoors with my feet comfortably warm this winter without this great product.
