I work in the physical therapy field and and am a very active individual. This is a great prooduct/tool for both settings. Great over large muscle groups!!! Including hams, quads, and gluts. Amazon never disapoints with their prompt service and problem free ordering.

The Stick works well for me. I use it after all bike rides. My quads, hamstings and calf muscles feel great after using The Stick. It eliminates the soreness and tightness I used to feel a few hours after the ride.

The Travel Stick is an excellent massage tool, especially for quads and IT band... so useful and portable too. Took it to a Yoga workshop week.. and it came in handy for releasing muscle tightness. I recently had a hip replacement and my leg muscles need constant deep massage to get them back working again. The Stick is a great help as a self massage tool. It was recommended to me by my acupuncturist. Thank you
