Amazon.com Product Description The Suisse Sport Adventure extra-small sleeping bag is ideal for long treks when a few inches or pounds can make the difference between a pleasant hike and an unbearable slog. The mummy bag is ultra-compact, compressing down to 12 by 7 by 7 inches when in the stuff sack. How small is that? Well, it's petite enough to hold in the palm of your hand. That means you can easily fit the bag in your hiking pack without using up a third of your pack space. At the same time, the bag is warm and comfortable, with a 100-percent polyester ripstop outer and inner lining, a double-layer construction, and a 700-gram Micro Tekk.7 high-performance microfiber insulation. The construction materials ad up to a 30-degree F temperature rating, making the bag a good choice for summer, spring, and fall camping trips. Other details include a full chest baffle, a draft tube, and a utility pocket. The Adventure sleeping bag measures 29.5 by 84.5 inches (W x L) when open and weighs 2.9 pounds in the stuff sack. The bag is also machine-washable for easy cleaning.

BAG-- IT IS A SLEEPING BAG September 7, 2010 William Robins (Benton, AR, US) O.K.
I hate long reviews--- Sleeps Great. I am buying another one for my son (Boy Scout) and would recommend this bag to anyone... but it is a sleeping bag. They expect you to cram the titanic into a 12 oz. cup and then hold it while you fasten all these plastic things to it. Not gonna happen, at least not easily. HAHA.
Buy it, then save the small cram job for backpacking, otherwise just buy a pillowcase that ties and throw it in that for normal camping trips. The mummy part was very soft but I still rec. a pillow.

Great compression, heed the plus-10 rule September 6, 2010 Java Joe (San Diego, CA USA) I just used this for a few nights in the mid-30's. I stayed warm (with long undies) except for my feet, even with double socks. Not sure what was up with that. I probably should have heeded the "plus 10" rule, always add 10 degrees to what the manufacturer claims.
It does indeed compress well, but you need to take a bit of time to do it right. The small size was very nice for packing my backpack.
Good summer-weight bag September 4, 2010 C. Marquardt (Philadelphia, PA) I bought this because I needed an ultra-compatible bag for motorcycle touring - and this bag really compresses nicely. I've used it on several trips and it has worked well.
On a recent trip, however, the temperature dipped into the 50's and I woke up in the middle of night feeling some cold spots, particularly around the hips - thus, I seriously question the 30 degree rating on this bag. If I use this bag for fall touring, I'll definitely bring along some long underwear....
Great compact sleeping bag August 28, 2010 C. Eckeard (Southern California) I purchased this for a cross country trip on my motorcycle. I figured that it would get cold in some areas during August but wasn't sure how cold. This bag was awesome. It kept me warm in the coldest of areas around 35 degrees. It packs up small and I found it to be comfortable (6' 185lbs).
Two complaints, the zippers will sometime get caught on the materials next to it. Nothing was ripped or damage because of it, you just need to back it off and then continue zipping it up will preventing the material from getting in the path of the zipper.
The other thing is that there is a seem that came undone on the inside of the bag where your head rests. I'm sure that this is just a one time defect but it won't effect the further use of it.
This bag is worth the money.
Great Bag But Compression Sack... Not So Much August 19, 2010 Audrey N 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The sleeping bag is fine, great for the value. I got it for an upcoming trip to South America as I wanted something that could pack up small. The size of the bag is a big small but so am I (5'3" petite female) so I fit fine; it just might be an issue for some. My problem is with the compression sack it came in-- as soon as I got it out of the box, I saw a rip in the fabric about three inches long. Not a huge deal but I know that it will eventually be a big problem because it gets a little bit larger whenever I compress the sack from the tension placed on the fabric. The sack was cheap, the buckles look like they will probably snap at any minute, and not waterproof anyway so I'll probably just buy a replacement compression sack. Still worth the money for the sleeping bag.
